James William Limes Sr., age 72, resident of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. He was born on March 1, 1949, to the late Jack Evi and Virginia Mary (Morelock) Limes.

James was a graduate of Woodward High School and had worked as a sheet metal worker with Local 33, where he had retired after 36 years. With a love for camping and fishing, he was a member of Outing Unlimited boating ∏ club. He especially loved riding his motorcycles. James was always tinkering around keeping busy. Having a big heart, he would do anything for anybody. James was the master of stirring the pot with his family and friends. His smile, laughter, jokes and agitating others will be missed. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.

Those left to forever cherish his memory are his loving wife, Jackie (Richburg) Limes, whom he married on October 25, 1991; two sons, Jimbo and Jesse Limes; his number one grandchild, Braydan Charles Limes; two other grandchildren, Cameron Ruiz and Isabelle Grace Limes; two sisters, Linda Plummer and Sandy Hanus, and others in the Limes families.
