Stormwater utility fee delayed to January
After serving as a patrolman, sergeant and detective, Todd Kitzler returns this week to lead the Rossford Police Department as the new chief.
Most recently, the Rossford resident served as deputy chief of the Whitehouse Police Department.
He replaces Chief Glenn Goss Sr. who resigned July 13 to allow his son, Glenn Goss Jr., to continue serving on the police department.
At a July 23 meeting, Rossford City Council unanimously approved the mayor’s appointment of Chief Kitzler with a salary of $69,890.
