School plans major upgrade of ballfields

The Rossford Board of Education is planning a major overhaul of the four water-sogged baseball and softball fields on Lime City Road.

At Monday’s meeting, the board heard from Keith Recknagel of Program Solutions Group about three options to improve drainage at the Glenwood athletic complex.

His company, which assists the district with facility management, dug test holes at the property to determine the problem.
