Lead service lines being replaced by NWSD
The Northwestern Water and Sewer District soon will begin a project to replace 322 lead service lines in Rossford and Northwood.
“Although a small amount of our system is impacted, it’s important to the district to ensure quality water in homes,” said Jerry Greiner, NWSD president.
“Ever since the district was formed 27 years ago, we have been replacing lead service lines during routine maintenance.”
