Lindsay Webb to serve as Lucas Co. treasurer

Point Place resident Lindsay Webb has been appointed as the new Lucas County treasurer.

An attorney and University of Toledo graduate, she has served as a Toledo City Council member since 2008. She is the District 6 representative.
