Downtown business owners take another step toward ADA compliance
Representatives from the City of Perrysburg and the Ability Center of Toledo met with downtown business owners and landlords in Way Library June 6 to discuss the changes needed to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
“People have talked to us about accessibility to downtown Perrysburg shops,” said Katie Hunt Thomas, a disability rights attorney with the Ability Center. “When we took their concerns to the city, we found they were interested in making changes.”
