WCCOA accepting applications, donations for holiday outreach

(WCCOA) is holding its 10th annual Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Holiday Outreach Project, partnering with Wood County Job and Family Services and Bowling Green Kiwanis. The project is intended to provide aid to grandparents living in Wood County who have custody and are raising their grandchildren.
