ODOT unrolling new technology to warn drivers of traffic congestion

New advocates for abused and neglected children sworn-in

The Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Department of the Lucas County Juvenile Court recently celebrated the graduation of a new class of volunteers. Juvenile Court Judge Linda Knepp swore in 21 officers of the court to serve as the guardian ad litem and to represent the best interests of abused and neglected children who have been removed from their homes because of an imminent risk of harm.
